  Securely pack your item in its original packaging, ensuring all cables, keycap pullers, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship to Arbiter Studio

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
